Our Story

Gather was formed out of a desire to see the church be a place of belonging before belief and community before programs. From the beginning, the heart has been simple: create space for people to encounter Jesus, build authentic relationships, and grow in faith together.

What began as a small group of people committed to prayer and shared life slowly became a church shaped by consistency, trust, and service. Early gatherings focused on worship, conversation, and learning how faith connects to everyday life. Those values continue to guide everything we do.

Today, Gather is a church centered on Jesus and shaped by community. We believe the church is most alive when it is present in the lives of people and active in the places we live and serve. As we look ahead, our commitment remains the same: to walk alongside one another in faith and to live out the hope we have been given in our city and beyond.

Ethan + Marissa Cole

Ethan and Marissa Cole serve as the lead pastors of Gather, providing vision, teaching, and spiritual leadership for the church. Together, they are passionate about helping people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and build meaningful community. Their heart is to lead a church rooted in Scripture, marked by authenticity, and committed to loving and serving the city.
